Join us for an online meditation session to let go of your worries and stress and reclaim the inner peace that is your natural state.
In this session we will start with a short introduction to the principles of the meditation, followed by a session where you will be able to discard your stress and worries, thus reclaiming the inner peace that is your true self.
Completely free and all are welcome.
